Cancellation Policy:

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card and 50% deposit. This deposit is collected immediately upon confirmation of the reservation.

If the reservation is cancelled/amended 4 days prior to the arrival date the deposit will be fully refunded. In all other cases, no refund will be given.

Holidays and special events cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Guests must ensure that they furnish the hotel with accurate credit card particulars. In the event that the hotel fails to collect the required deposit due to such inaccuracies, then the requested accommodation will not be secured and the hotel will not be held responsible.

Multiple Room Reservations:

Hotel requires a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation. Multiple Room reservations are are subject to a 7-day cancellation policy. Full-Out Bookings incur non-refundable deposit upon booking.

Special Events:

Hotel requires a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation for Special Events.

No Shows:

All no-shows will be charged the full rate quoted for the entire reservation.
