Communication Consent Policy

By booking, you authorize Miracle Manor to send text messages and emails with details regarding your reservation information and other offers. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Age Policy and Guest Access Guidelines

All guests must be over 21 to access the hotel and spa. Outside guests are allowed (based on availability) but must check in with the front desk and purchase a day-use pool pass for $75.*

Rooms

  • Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars per room and are based on double occupancy.

  • Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Late checkout is available for a fee upon request and based on availability.

  • Office hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM by telephone. Please arrange late arrivals and early departures in advance.

  • No smoking in any room. 

  • We are not responsible for any personal items that may be lost, damaged, or stolen.

  • We reserve the right to charge your credit card for missing or damaged items.

  • A complimentary continental breakfast will be placed in your room before arrival.

Pets

We love our furry friends, but we no longer accept pets on our property. If you have a licensed service animal, please call ahead to request accommodations.

FOOD ORDERS

Please allow up to 24 hours for food requests and orders.

Pool

  • The pool is open 24 hours.

  • No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.

  • No glass in or around the pool area. Pool safe glasses are provided for your use. Any infractions of this policy will result in a fine at the guest’s expense.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in any room. Feel free to smoke cannabis while outdoors on the property. No smoking tobacco anywhere on the property. We have a zero-tolerance policy for in-room smoking and charge $500 for any violation of this policy.

Cancellation

To ensure the sustainability of our small business, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding our cancellation policy:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.

  • 50% Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Total Charge: Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival or no-shows will result in a charge for the entire length of your stay.

Please note:

  • Special Events and Packages: Cancellation policies may vary for specific packages and special events.

  • Group Bookings: Group booking cancellations require 21 days' advance notice. Deposits may not be refunded for cancellations made within this timeframe.
